OVERGROWTH OF WEEDS
The Town’s Anti-Litter Ordinance No. 111 includes the overgrowth of weeds. It is the responsibility of property owners to maintain their property in a manner that prevents weed overgrowth from becoming a nuisance as defined in Ordinance No. 111.

Property that has become overgrown may be declared a public nuisance by the governing body of the Town of Grant and abated at the cost of the property owner as outlined in Ordinance No. 214 of the Town of Grant.
